What type of training is best for you?


That's a real question and it's real magic only when you learn it. I deliberately said when you learn because no one can tell you, some things you have to learn.


I have been training in a certain way for the last five months. It depended on the work I was doing, the way I ate, and the time I had to allocate due to obligations. The diet is quite normal, even in some periods it is insufficient.


If I compare the videos from five months ago to the ones I made last month, there is a remarkable improvement in everything.

In some exercises, with regard to body weight, I have recorded results.


Although many people focus on only one thing in training, which is mainly strength, my way of training does not ignore any domain of quality that a muscle can achieve. You can freely call the training - bodyguard training.


The next phase, if I have the conditions, is the phase of raw power.

Winter is the ideal period for that.


Start a new influx and accumulate as much raw muscle power as possible, which we will partially convert into explosiveness, speed, elasticity, and endurance in the spring. However, in order to achieve this, we must not allow the muscle to become lazy, because then it will be more difficult.


Now comes the phase of converting all muscular qualities into raw strength, which is always a much easier part for me in the periodization of the training cycle.




There are always unknowns and surprises that teach you something new.


It's worrying how many people standardize and stuff their training with completely identical and boring workouts. In this way, the possibility of progress is zero.

They progress only in the beginning, and then in the following decades, the progress is linear.

It is clear that you can always improve. If there is no power, then in speed, but after that the power will be greater.


Functional training has its purpose as well as raw strength training. Models exist, but they cannot be the same for all people. This is a basic mistake because people like to copy.


There is also periodization in training, but it cannot be the same for everyone. There are also things that if you don't learn what they mean and how they work, you reduce your chances of getting the most effective training.




There is a lot to write about everything in this text. I have focused on the most general.

I hope that I will help many people because, in the following texts, I will write about the most important details that I applied to training in the last five months.


Of course, the next phase will be significantly different if I have those conditions.


My mass will almost certainly be higher, and if I train like this for another year and a half and gain ninety kg of body weight, I know that I will attack about two hundred kilograms in the thrust. Accordingly, other qualities must also go up, which means record weights on all devices.

Continuous but planned, most suitable with clear periodization and proper nutrition and of course supplements.


The greatest pleasure for me.


If I don't have the conditions, then I have to focus on maintaining what I have achieved so far, unfortunately.
