Only such swimming coaches have the real magic

This is just a short review that explains the whole story of training in an environment that only tries to drag you into a vacuum of ignorance and the political madness of one mindedness. The lack of both professional and intellectual capacity is evident in every domain of life, including sports.

As always, I will start from the very beginning so that the point is clearly visible.

For every human body movement, there is an adequate muscle action. It is even more specific in swimming because the movement is performed in water, where the resistance is much higher, but the gravity is also lower. If you know how to get down to the level of myofibril activity and how the myofibrils are activated, then you are truly a wizard capable of producing magic.

A man's body moves through the water by pulling and pushing the water behind and under him, while a man's body is placed horizontally in the water. For each of these movements, there is also an optimal exercise with which you can optimize that movement: stabilize, accelerate, and strengthen.

This is the magic that a coach must possess if you want results that are more than average.

Unfortunately, there are too many political backgrounds in my current environment, even though it is about sports. As a result, many extremely talented children remain deprived of the real coaching magic that would surely enable them to achieve top results. Almost all of my current colleagues, as well as many of the party-appointed, eligible, "concrete" coaches, think that there is only one fixed methodology that everyone must work according to, and if you don't work like them, then you are wrong, then you are unwanted.

In fact, if you are better than what they apply, then you are undesirable, because then they are automatically those who do not do well, that is, who are "wrong".

A completely abnormal way of thinking and functioning.

My understanding of training and life in general is far beyond that.

My success in training was one that they did not forgive me for, because training very talented children, training them according to my own understanding, after only two months had passed, I had amazing results for this environment. The children could not swim the full 50m at the max, but many swam half of the pool (which is around 23m here) under 15sek., and two girls under 10 and one slightly older boy swam that length in just 12sek. and even a little under that. The children enjoyed themselves, and I can't say that they had more effort than all the other children in other groups. Treating them with the most adequate exercises on dry land and in water as well as with compatible periodization, they evidently progressed at each time measurement. The speed at which almost all the much older swimmers here, who have been training for years, could envy them. It is interesting that the coaches from the from another company that is our competitor in the business, closely followed what I was doing and I had consultations and approval with them many times, which resulted in mutual benefit.

Applying my own experience with the latest programs practiced today in the best swimming schools in the world—mainly the program for sprinters that is now called "less is more"—and treating them intuitively according to their natural genetic speed or endurance that I established in training, the progress was simply visible to the naked eye in each subsequent training.

All this, if you take into account the 70–80 percent accuracy in the technical performance of these children, who still need to strengthen their own muscular structure in order for everything to be technically perfect, it is an even greater success.

The current political situation and relentless ignorance, chained to a frozen mind bordering on disease, has torn apart this story permanently and denied these children perhaps the world's top results.

It's been almost two months now since, due to the sick political persecution and envy of my colleagues, I was completely thrown out of this story as someone who doesn't fit into programs that are over fifty years old and long outdated and are mostly limited only to correct basic swimming technique, and speed endurance or buoyancy.

Fortunately, the internet allows me to follow everything about swimming and of course I continued to improve my own knowledge and form my own swimming training strategy, which is an infinitely large topic and material that progresses every day.

I always feel sorry for those children who have champion qualities in them and I will always fight to change this bizarre system that stops them from progressing due to entrenched politicking and pathological usurpation of all domains of life, including the entire sport.

Every attempt I made with my colleagues to create a common story that leads only to progress, ended with the overbearing imposition of ignorance as an absolute unchangeable category. On the contrary, they did everything they could to discredit my work. Some children even told me that they were told only the worst things about me personally. But the truth cannot be avoided because parents, and above all children, see at training who is really worth what and how much.

Every appeal I have made to parents to change something in the systemic mediocrity of the system has been fully supported by all parents. However, it has always been effectively stifled by colleagues who are business owners, due to political manipulation and political obsession with not accepting changes in the entrenched system of established methodological sediment.

I will always look for a way to find a way to create a World Champion in swimming, because the purpose is not to be the best in your environment, but to be much better than everyone in your own environment and always strive to be the best in the world.

I personally would be happiest if I could end this story here, but just as many others have had to leave here, it seems I will have to leave here and finish it somewhere else.
