Today's topic is Pull. This is one of the secrets that is not found on the Internet, and it is very important for anyone who plays any sport.
The vast majority of people who train consider pushing a privileged category. The first is because the bench press is by far the most popular exercise. The second is because the muscles look more pumped after pushing, and the third is because pulling the weight is much more difficult. So, in every gym, you will rarely see someone doing pull-ups.
To make it clearer, let's remember that we have a concentric contraction where the load is lifted from the ground upwards and the muscle is shortened. We have an eccentric contraction where the load returns to the ground and the muscle stretches. These are dynamic contractions in which the length of the muscle changes.
We also have a static contraction called an isometric contraction. This is the so-called tightening of the muscles without shortening or lengthening. All these contractions affect the exact muscle fibers and contribute to the overall quality of the muscles.
If you follow the simplest logic, you realize that the muscle works both ways.
I will take the example of bench press connection and rowing. The same muscles that slow down the lowering of the weight on the chest in the bench press exercise actively participate in the pulling of the load in the rowing exercise.
Muscle density directly depends on muscle work in both directions, which means better physical performance.
In all sports, this quality makes the difference between top athletes and the rest.
Logically, they have a better muscle response because they train in full functionality. Those who only do push-ups are only working 50% of their muscle potential. That's not a small difference, especially in professional sports.
The secret for all those who exercise for the sake of appearance is that the muscle takes on the appearance of the exercises you train it with. So this means that if you do concentric contractions, the muscle will look chunky and full. This suits people who are involved in bodybuilding. If you do eccentric contractions, it will look elongated. It suits people who like to be models.

Maximum training for back muscles
I tested my back muscles on my YouTube channel after a break of more than eight months. I was not inactive. ( https://youtu.be/Nbz_g2Ftt5o )
I only did exercises for functional training, without weights of course.
In the gym, the volume of each of my sets was over a thousand kg. and some over two thousand kg.
This actually means that if you have more than ten repetitions with a weight of more than a hundred kg, then that is a set volume of over a thousand kg.
The heart rate then exceeds 90% and the anaerobic threshold is naturally broken.
And the heart rate is maximum and the effort is maximum. These are the workouts that melt the fat the fastest and most effectively.
Fifteen series like this and you have raised about thirty tons of volume for one workout. Is that a little?
I don't know what would have happened if I had a good diet and adequate supplementation. I can only imagine.
There is one secret to pull-up training that we must discover.
To explain better, we will take the example of rowing on a machine. In this exercise, when pulling, there is a natural expansion of the chest.
In this way, the body expects the lungs to be filled with air.
That's exactly what we have to do.
So, during the effort in that exercise, we must inhale air during the effort, that is when pulling the load towards us. This is called counter breathing.
Although almost everyone breathes irregularly, because it is a habit to exhale during exertion, it is very important to correct this mistake that can lead to heart problems. Especially if it is done improperly for a long time.

The modern way of life has unfortunately contributed to the fact that people have become static and that training has become necessary in order to be healthy.
In fact, it is important that a person becomes active and immediately everything is different and immediately life is easier.
However, there are some better ways that, unfortunately, due to material interests, many do not want to discover.
I decided to help as much as I can and I hope that it has an effect and that it will guide many people to be happier.
