This is an advertisement for me and everything written in this text is absolutely true.


My goal as a coach is to empower you and help you change your life for the better. Enjoy every active second in the sport you do and do your jobs with ease and enthusiasm to progress. I speak from experience and heart and I tell you completely that everyone is capable of changing for the better if they want to. I am not an influencer and I am not asking you to like me. My concept is original and I am completely realistic.


In the 1990s, I studied at two faculties (third year at the Faculty of Chemical Technology in Leskovac and fourth year at the Faculty of Biological Sciences in Belgrade - microbiology). I was fully dedicated to science when the wars completely changed the lives of everyone in my country Not having much choice, at the persuasion of my friends, I completed three years of bodyguard school. I became one of the best bodyguards in my country. I had to be flawless, healthy, maximally physically fit, and mentally stable to stay alive. Training became the most important part of my life.


My real scientific knowledge and my daily interest in the latest scientific achievements in medicine and biology, support my extensive experience in all types of training. I always had to apply everything to myself first, and when the motive was to maintain life, then I worked at the highest regime


You can train in the gym, on the beach, on the playground, in the meadow, at home, on the terrace, in the hall, on the beach or in the park. The goal of your training can be: sports efficiency, endurance, weight loss, increasing strength, improving movement, and functionality, improving speed and technique, improving appearance and beauty, increasing muscle mass, improving health, and more.



You have to know how to do it but in the right way, and that is the real magic that I possess.


My title on the certificate is "Functional Training Specialist" and is supported by NASM, AFAA, and HFS.

My experience is vast and many of my friends with whom I have trained are top athletes, national team members and even world champions in their disciplines, and considering that I studied at two faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Biological Sciences, it speaks for itself.

Finally, not to be immodest, my appearance and the physical form that I possess as a trainer at the age of sixty is the best recommendation for any client.


What is my coaching?


Normally, any physical activity is useful, but the effect is much greater if you adapt it to the goal you are striving for.


My coaching is not just showing exercises, but much more than that. The way you train, the way you perform the exercises, is the most important part of the magic we call training.

Don't allow yourself the luxury of having different trainers adapt you to different programs.

I believe the programs must be tailored to you and your goal because that is the most effective way.
