The bodyguard has one simple logic - to stay alive. He must see a crystal clear realistic picture of everything that is happening around him.
When you apply it in training, it sounds like this:
Most people use mirrors to see how they work and are constantly being watched.
For me, it's a trick of consciousness because I only see my own reflection.
I can see the real picture of my functionality better when I close my eyes. The focus is then on the actual work of my body, not on the reflection in the mirror.
I have to admit that I struggled a lot to get to the point of starting a blog and openly presenting my view of the whole training story. Ten years ago I tried something similar, but it was not possible under those conditions.
My story is based on purposeful training and a lifestyle that today is a valuable source of information for survival and longevity.
In my country, when you succeed in that, then you have succeeded in life.
Health is the most important thing! Never lose sight of that.
The logic is simple. If you have a headache every day, it's much more important to deal with it than anything else. That's your priority. If you do, you will last and survive.
The whole story!
I was studying in the final year of the Faculty of Biology when the wars started.
Fate led me to graduate perhaps the only real school for bodyguards if you look at the true purpose and nature of that profession. Training, theoretical teaching, and practical work lasting three years.
In order not to write a lot about it, because I already wrote a comprehensive book about it a decade or more ago, which I hope to publish officially (because it has been blocked in recent years), I will return to why it is important for our topic.
You see when you do that kind of work where you cross yourself in the morning and hope to survive that day and see tomorrow, then you create a concept where training is of great importance.
In general, training becomes an inseparable part of life as one of the most important links.
Like when you have to eat to survive.
The training I'm writing about is extremely useful and adaptable to all conditions and statuses in which a person can find himself.
It's not about any cliché, but about the rules you apply in each individual case and the life status you're in.
In order not to remain vague and for you to fully understand the point, I have to explain the most basic.
I have been doing this business since 1994 and I still adhere to the same principles.
Depending on conditions and status, my form is variable, but always at an enviable level, far above average.
("tok tok tok knock three times against the evil one").
Just like when I need to eat, I'm hungry, it's the same with training.
For almost ten years I was the most wanted and highest-paid bodyguard in my country.
This has its advantages, but it also brings a number of problems when the system changes. Unfortunately, this is still the case today, and the mass of husks like me is getting bigger and bigger.
It is normal for me to include the elements of training for bodyguards in a part that is very useful both for the elderly and beginners, for whom I will always highlight the elements, as well as for others, regardless of what sport or profession they practice.
In essence, the training does not differ from any other training but is adapted to living conditions, needs, and professions.
I have been doing this for the last thirty years. I don't only do this in terms of training, but also nutrition, supplementation, rest, and everything related to normal functioning.
If we exclude training related to martial techniques and weapon handling, everything else is identical exercises used by all other athletes, in order to gain strength and improve their own performance.
My experience is extensive, considering that for some time I systematically trained and worked in the official state institute for sports, where I gathered knowledge from the biggest state coaches and "brains" for sports medicine.
I have trained programmatically with many top competitors, national team members, and champions of my country, as well as world champions in strength sports, bodybuilding, water polo, basketball, etc.
However, I especially emphasize my diploma in functional training, which is internationally recognized and represents the program of the most prestigious institutions in the world. domains (NASM).
I am proud that there is an HFS academy in my country that organizes the highest possible training at the world level from many types of training.
It is about the American National Academy of Sports Medicine. Surely the most complete scientifically based program when it comes to optimal performance training.
The program, which is scientifically based, progressively and systematically enables the achievement of an optimal level of physiological and physical performance.
If I tell you that my training concepts were almost 90% identical to this program, then you know that it was not difficult for me to graduate.
I hope I managed to briefly create a picture of myself to explain the training concept I want to promote. I think that in this way I will open the real story about training and contribute to many people experiencing training in the right way that is, enjoying it.
